Immerse yourself in the Healing Sounds of my Gong, Crystal and Metal Singing Bowls to rise your own vibration with the high frequency they offer.
This is a (very) small group experience that lasts 90 minutes accompanied with a guided meditation or activity that will change and be revealed monthly.
The Sound Bath itself will take approximately 60 mins and mats & eye-masks will be provided. Please bring your own blankets & pillow/cushion/bolster or whatever you may need to be comfortable and warm as you lie down for that period of time (sleeping bags for coziness are awesome!)
The investment is NZ$30. This is NOT a KOHA event, please get your ticket before you arrive. Please arrive on time as doors will close once the session starts and you won't be able to come in then as this will disrupt the group dynamic. Have your phone in OFF mode, no vibration mode on either as this affects the bowls's frequency (and it's also annoying for others :)) For more information regarding Sound Baths please click here.
