This workshop combines elements of Sacred Geometry and Sound Healing Vibrations towards the balancing of the Root Chakra.
This is one of a series of 7 workshops focusing on the 7 main chakras. You can choose to attend to one or all of them.
You will be guided by Denise Manns and learn how to draw and use different Sacred Geometry Symbols towards the balancing of your chakras. In this workshop, you will be learning all about the Hexahedron. By the end of the workshop you will know how to draw it, its properties and how to use it in your daily life. Plus, you'll get to take home the geometry drawn by yourself!
Paola Hinojosa will be sharing her Reiki knowledge on this particular chakra and will lead a 50min Sound Bath using Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Chimes and other instruments to rise your vibration and charge your Hexahedron so that you take it home. By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of the Root Chakra, how to support it through Sacred Geometry and how Vibrations and Frequencies affect our state of being.
Our aim is that you leave the workshop balanced, on your highest frequency and with applicable knowledge for your daily life.
Each individual workshop ticket costs $47 per person or $90 for 2 people (in case you want to attend with a friend) and will incur a separate payment.
The workshop is intended to take 2-2.5hr. It includes all the material and tools you will need for the Drawing Section and the Sound Bath Section (just bring a blanket and cushion if you feel you may need one, mats & eye-masks will be provided). Please bring your water bottle to keep hydrated.
Make sure you arrive 5 minutes earlier as we will start ON time, at 2.15PM.
Please switch your phone to "silent or off" BEFORE coming in. There's nothing worse than listening's to someone else's ringtones or notifications while being in a Sound Healing Session. Make sure your phone doesn't vibrate as this also affects the resonance on the Bowls.
